Ways to join LPT — and what it costs
LPT Network is built on agent choice. There's no signup fee and no monthly fee to join — you pick the compensation plan that fits how you work, and every transaction runs through the same transparent structure below.
Business Builder
$500 flat fee per file, with a $5,000 annual cap. Once you hit your cap, you keep 100% of your commission for the rest of the year. A straightforward, predictable plan for agents who want to know their costs upfront.
Brokerage Partner
An 80/20 commission split, with a $15,000 annual cap. Once you cap, you also keep 100% of your commission for the rest of the year. A good fit for agents who'd rather share a percentage than pay a flat fee per file.
Revenue share & stock awards
Both plans give you access to LPT's revenue share program (earn a share of the brokerage's revenue by sponsoring other agents) and LPT's stock award program, on top of your production income.
